MY STUDENTS ARE MORE THAN A TEST SCORE!!! They are musicians and athletes. They are volunteers and part time workers. They are dancers, gymnasts, and martial artists. They are writers, painters, and gamers. They are skaters, fishermen, and farmers. They are shoppers and travelers. They speak more than one language. They struggle, overcome, and succeed. They are resilient. They are AMAZING people! They are sons and daughters, grandsons and grand daughters, nephews and nieces. They are MY children. They are the children of friends, neighbors, and co-workers. THEY are YOUR future! They are our FUTURE. THEY are what make getting up and going to school to teach everyday worth it. THEY are so much more than a number!!!!
