Mr.Gates: Read these articles so maybe you can understand how much harm you are doing. ~ dChristine

Dear Bill and Melinda,

Please find one of the comments from Valerie Strauss’ of the  Washington Post’s, The Answer Sheet where she introduced our new blog to you and to the public today [Thank you kindly, Valerie!]

While the writer, Christine does not write directly to you, they state that they are posting some articles that they want you to read, Mr. Gates.  We’ve included their complete post here for you  to read and respond to here:

“I think initially, Mr. Gates intention was to help improve schools in urban areas, but he never listened to the
Teachers who work in these urban areas.
He listened to elite graduates of the TFA program and the corporate billionaires who were looking to make large amounts of $$$$$.He needs to know that the corporate education reform movement to privatize urban public education is harming the children .
He needs to know that POVERTY is an issue that needs to be part of improving the public education
In our neediest schools.I found articles about education reform that I would like Mr.Gates to read so maybe he can understand how much harm he is doing.EDUCATION PROFITEERING: Wall Streets Next Big Thinghttp://truth-out.org/opinion/item/12117

Here is another article:EDUCATION REFORM in the JIM CROW ERAhttp://truth-out.org/opinion/item/16406-education-…
The last article:Unfortunately, Arne Duncan is pushing for the privatization of the urban public schools throughout the US.
This corporate ( market oriented) education reform movement has bipartisan support.
He did this in Chicago. This article will explain .REASONING WITH AND RESISTING ARNE DUNCAN’s EDUCATION REFORM AGENDA:
Scribbling lines in the sand.
